Casavalle

Atop a hill in the Umbrian countryside, nestled within a dense and shady forest of Turkey oaks, lies the Casavalle estate. The garden seems to merge with the surrounding landscape: cypresses, holm oaks, mountain maples, and newly planted Turkey oaks lead to the entrance.
Beyond this threshold, an expansive lawn unfolds toward a terrace: the view opens onto the rolling horizon and a lush array of lavender, Russian sage, Pennisetum orientale ‘Karley Rose,’ and Phlomis italica encircling the infinity pool. The mosaic-tiled pool, with its earthy hues, resembles a domestic lake reflecting the surrounding vegetation.
Over the years, sculptures have enriched the vast lawn behind the terrace, and the garden has grown, guided by expert gardeners. This spontaneous yet exuberant evolution has been carefully maintained by Frassinago, preserving the original design lines.
